North Hills

North Hills is a neighborhood located in the San Fernando Valley region in Los Angeles, California. North Hills was previously known as Sepulveda. The current population of North Hills is around 66,743 people.

North Hills was previously a part of an agricultural community known as Mission Acres. Later the community was renamed Sepulveda. Later in the 1990s, the community was again renamed North Hills.

North Hills is considered a decent neighborhood by its residents.

Though North Hills is a good community to live in, it still has an average crime rate. The crime rate in North Hills is said to be slightly higher than in other regions. According to research, 10% of cities are dangerous, while 90% are safer.

North Hills is surrounded in the west by Northridge, in the east by Panorama City, in the north by Granada Hills, and in the south by Van Nuys. The best and most popular events and festivals in North Hills and places near it are; Sawdust Art and Craft Festival, Ipalpiti Festival, Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival, and The Electronic Violin Twins.

North Hills has been home to a few popular people, including Bart Andrus (a renowned football coach) and Sharon Shapiro( a gymnast).
